Delete your Flippi account

Flippi by Piraeus Technology

In the app (immediate)

Open Flippi → Settings tab → Delete account → confirm. This permanently deletes your account and all data associated with it. It cannot be undone. This works for both full accounts and guest accounts.

If you can't access the app

Email piraeustechnology@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my Flippi account”, sent from the email address associated with your account so we can verify it's you. We will process the request and confirm within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in account (email link, Google, or Apple).
• All decks and cards you created.
• Your entire review history and stats.

Anonymized crash reports, which contain no flashcard content or account identifiers usable by us to identify you, may persist for up to 90 days under our provider's retention policy. See the privacy policy for details.
